It all starts with your tracking method. If you don’t already have a CRM or spreadsheet, you might like this tracker I built. It’s got 21 columns to keep tabs on all the relevant details for your contacts, partners, supporters and leads. I included dropdown options for contact type and deal stage, checkbox columns for key reminders, a priority status ranking and three custom view filters already built-in.
